ruakh arts fellowship

As a ruakh arts fellow i served First Baptist Church Ashland and was tasked to created visual materials that supported the church’s mission of faith, community, and worship. My work included designing graphics for social media, sermon series, and church events that communicated messages of hope and connection. I collaborated with ministry leaders to develop creative concepts that enhanced worship experiences and community outreach. This internship strengthened my skills in digital design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency while allowing me to use my artistic gifts to serve the church and its members.

photography

My black and white portrait photography focuses on capturing honest, expressive moments through light, texture, and contrast. By removing color, the images highlight emotion, character, and the quiet details that reveal a person’s true presence. Each portrait aims to feel timeless, simple, intimate, and rooted in the story behind the face.
